reeves + wacker residence “under construction”
This lovely family home on historic Summit Avenue in St. Paul needed some updating. With great care an addition was added to create a larger eat-in kitchen, mudroom, office nook and powder room on the first floor. A laundry room and large master suite were added to the second floor. Since this is a family home it was very important to allow the young family to make their mark on the home while maintaining the “heart” of the home in which they grew up. The elegance of the home was maintained with the well proportioned addition and period detailing.
